  <p>
    I wrote an <a href="http://ocaml.org/">ocaml</a> code to latex
    ocaml listing translator. (i.e. it takes some ocaml code and
    returns the code in latex format so that it can be used as a
    code listing)
  </p>
  <p>
    It is <a href="../cs.tools.camltotex.php">online</a>,
    and works online, for the moment.
  </p>
  <p>
    I've forked it to take Java as well (the Java version will be online later).
    The source code will be released this summer under a free license...
